BOOKINGS POLICY

WILLOMINA is a busy venue, which means that we encourage you to let us know if you can not make your appointment so that we can offer it to another guest. In order to ensure that everyone can be seen, we not only require a booking but we also require a deposit.

To help with this we will send you an SMS & Email 48Hrs & 24Hrs before your booking as a reminder.

It will be at our discretion that If you are late to your appointment, we may need to alter and/or shorten your service. You will still be required to pay the full booked service cost, this also applies to last minute changes too.

Feel free to contact us within the 24hrs to discuss. Remember if you miss your appointment it means someone else missed out on an appointment too.

All electronic payment transactions will incur a payment processing fee of 1.39%

DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment outside of the 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Thanks for your understanding.

In the event that we are able to fill your spot for a late cancellation we are happy to apply your deposit as a credit for a future booking. This does not apply to No Show's.
